A year ago today our hearts were given the true hope of parenthood. Milo's birthmother chose us worthy of her beautiful and perfect son. Our lives were forever changed and we are forever blessed.
My mom and dad took us to breakfast this morning in remembrance of this day last year......how our family celebrated and wept in appreciation and happiness......it was a wonderful day! :)

This truly is a magical day for your family. Your family (both the 3 of you and the entire group) is such a group to celebrate. new life is always amazing and Mr. Milo is even more so....
Happy day to you, Matt and Milo. I can imagine how surreal it is to look back one year and remember those feelings and then look at your little man.

I was thinking about what you mentioned over on Melba's blog, about not standing out, and wishing you did. People probably look at you three and sigh. You and Matt are such attractive people, and Milo may not resemble you two, but he looks like he belongs with you. I'm willing to bet that people notice you and think to themselves, "What a beautiful family!"
